The Pro 5 Plus is a 5 Quart mixer that will easily handle any single batch and many double batches of all of your recipes. From whipping cream to kneading bread dough, there is nothing that this machine can’t handle.

When you start the Pro 5 mixer, you’ll immediately notice that it takes off a little slow to start before moving to the full setting speed. This happens when you switch from one speed to another as well. This is actually a big benefit, as it reduces the amount of splatter or flour-puff up and out of the bowl.

The mixing attachments are very big and sturdy, and are held very firmly in place on the beater shaft using a pin system. Once the bowl and required mixing attachment is in place, just add your ingredients, flip the lever to raise the bowl, and turn the mixer on to which ever setting you desire.

Included with the KitchenAid Pro 5 stand mixer is a stainless steel bowl with a large, solid handle, a sturdy spiral dough hook for kneading bread dough, a flat beater for cake and cookie mixes, and a wire whisk for beating eggs or whipping cream.
